​We can work with your fave tool or make a Frog suggestion to suit your context (MBTI, HBDI, StrengthsFinder, DiSC). It is an easy + cost-effective addition to a team workshop. As well as building individual insight, profiling instruments can improve teamwork + communication by understanding how others tick.

discovery

Determine current state, desired state, strengths, challenges, and opportunities at the appropriate level to the work (team, group, business). At minimum this includes a data review + interviews; a tailored survey gets you more detail + a baseline. The discovery precedes a broader effort. culture + mindset shifts

​Establishing where you really are and where you need to get to in terms of thinking + behaviour. These are developed in your organisation's language so that it resonates, then they're used as a foundation for program design. People find them meaningful, simple, and practical to implement.

root cause analysis

Ask 'why?' across the data set, working backwards + forwards to determine what is driving identified and observed characteristics (useful + unhelpful). The root cause tree pinpoints where to invest effort for maximum effect, rather than simply mitigating symptoms. It informs any next step with increased assurance. Execs love working through it, nodding their heads all the way.

We apply a collective lens to 360 feedback by collating individual data for team members, mapping the distribution, and analysing it for trends (strengths + gaps). Sharing trends in team workshops allows the group to unpack + understand systemic (cultural) drivers of behaviour. Armed with their individual feedback too, leaders within a team can understand each other more deeply, and commit to action that increases their individual effectiveness while also tapping away at bigger issues, together. This is the physical culmination of the Discovery. It's a compelling exhibition of your data, facilitated as an immersive experience for the team or organisation to literally walk through. The Frog-facilitated Gallery allows for a data-based exploration of current state, with all of its strengths, challenges, and opportunities open for discussion. It can also tease out future strategic options.​

LDP

work context consulting

People don't necessarily understand why things happen, just that they do. Systems thinking is essential for leadership + culture consulting efforts; everything in organisations is connected (direction, ecosystem, and people). Work context is the process by which we ensure all components impacting organisational performance are aligned. We teach leaders about 'systems thinking' as we work with you to align various parts of the system.

maintenance program

After the heavy lifting, there must be some scaffold that helps people use the tools + techniques they've been taught, and ensures newcomers know they exist. When we develop a Maintenance program with you, we'll consider all parts of the system (in terms of its impact in sustaining performance), as well as the fit with accessibility, technological context, variability of employee experience, and more. Any efforts to maintain momentum + progress need to be self-service, and supported by senior leadership.

team coaching

Team coaching falls into 2 categories.  Teams being developed to:​

1. Continue to improve teamwork, or​

2. Leverage their existing capability to achieve a specific task, outcome or objective.​

Either way, it's for teams with extraordinary performance in mind. All team coaching includes observation + feedback on how it operates. It's mostly preceded by Team 360 + group debrief workshop and Team effectiveness workshops.

exec coaching

1:1 coaching for Executive (and other) leaders. Based on agreed objectives that are good for the person's role, their career, and the business. Orchestrated in blocks, typically weekly or fortnightly (always to your needs).

A 360 + debrief provides a valuable foundation to any coaching adventure.

leadership cascade

The Leadership cascade is a communication and action plan ensuring everyone understands the role they play in any development effort. It helps leaders above understand how to support individuals + the group 'in development'. Equally, we communicate with people who work for this group to understand what their leaders are trying to achieve, and what they can expect to see. Consistency of leadership tools + language, and proactive support throughout, will facilitate leadership at all levels.
