Unafraid
We ask good questions to help everyone develop clearer insights about your work context. We name what we’re seeing and provide advice on what to do with respect, compassion and with an intent of best serving you. We communicate simply, kindly and clearly, because lengthy decks and sugar-coated messaging doesn’t get it done.
Nimble
We’re small enough to shift gears quickly and smart enough to redesign mid-play when we realise it will better suit your people’s appetites or your business operating rhythm. Our flexibility starts at proposal stage, and is a constant from there on. We’re always looking for simpler ways of doing things, and we’ll adjust as soon
as we discover them.
Responsible
From its broadest application to its smallest, we leave the natural and social world better than we found it. If we can’t model accountability in our relationship with you and in what and how we deliver, how can we expect you to? We firmly hold responsibility as a collective expectation, and as a result, people will often bring us their best selves.
Loving
(Loving, at work?!). Us humans are innately flawed and entirely loveable. We intentionally bring heart to the work and to your people, not only because the science makes it compelling, but because of the positive response it elicits. And when it gets hard, we bring more of it. We all know there’s not enough of this stuff in the world – so let’s bring it.
Playful
Play is our source of energy and our key to building trust. We use it intentionally (albeit quite naturally) to enliven you and to ease your burdens. Because work is not the opposite of play. And imagination is key to emotional resilience and creativity. Why would we push it aside?
B Corp
Our values shape how we operate internally as a business, and also externally to the clients we support. To solidify our commitment to our planet in a tangible way, we began the process of being a Certified B Corporation in 2020. By April 2022, we were officially in the B Corp club. We have recertified in 2025.
Certified B Corporations meet the highest standards of verified social + environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance both profit + purpose.
At The Frog, we use our business for good by pushing ourselves to be better citizens, support our employees + motivate our clients to do the same.
